I am going to be running the London Marathon in April 2023. For those of you who know me, I’m not a runner in the slightest. But I am pushing myself to train and complete the marathon all in aid of Hospice care UK. Hospice UK provide end of life care to people who need it, no matter what age. They ensure the support and care to make those last days / weeks before saying goodbye as peaceful and stress free as possible. They offer support to the family during the end of life care stages and continue to support afterwards.

Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice and end of life care. They work to ensure everyone affected by death, dying and bereavement gets the care and support they need, when they need it. Hospice UK believe that everyone, no matter who they are, where they are or why they are ill, should receive the best possible care at the end of their life. No one should die in avoidable pain or suffering.
