A member of our TEC family, Ken Stoltzfus, and his wife Jenny have been going through the unimaginable since the end of 2022. In late December, Ken’s son had symptoms of what was thought to be a common cold and stomach bug. One morning things took a turn when his son woke up with excruciating pain in his hip, and Ken rushed him to the ER. The doctors then informed Ken and his wife that it was a life-threatening infection. He had sepsis in his hip and leg from the infection, and now after being in the hospital for now over 30 days, consisting of 5 surgeries so far, the infection is still there.

Ken and Jenny have been with their son non-stop and have been doing their best to keep life above water, and will need the help of our team and others moving forward.
