Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a furmom to Sir Wilbur Charles ||. Wilbur is such a rambunctious sweet boy when he is not in pain. His left ear causes him excruciating pain. He’s on medicine daily for chronic infections, but the medicine does not completely clear the infection or prevent pain. Emergency vet visits and dermatology visits are regular. His symptoms include head tremors, body shakes, lethargy, and Wilbur will go up to 3 days without eating. I have to give him water through a medicinal syringe because the pain effects his jaw. Wilbur was denied health insurance as a pup. Now, at 9 years old and with chronic health issues, Wilbur has never been covered by insurance. Doctors are recommending total ear ablation (TECA-BO). For the CT scan and the surgery it is approximately $8,000. We want to prevent the infection from causing neurological damage. Please help Wilbur live the remainder of his life pain-free.
