Need help paying for Cancer treatment.

Hi, a lot of you know Bernie was diagnosed with Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Stage 3 in May. We need help paying the copays for treatments and ongoing immunotherapy that will take another year. Bernie has had 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. Right now his white cell blood count is low and he has just received injections to hopefully bring that up. He is on disability and his secondary insurance isn't that good. His copay's for so many blood tests and treatments and all extra things that we don't even think about are high. We owe quite a bit of money and they don't like to wait. God forbid you get sick! Before we knew he was sick we took a home equity loan out to get some work done and you all know they want their money and what happens if you don't pay it. Couldn't have been worse timing. Those of you that know Bernie know all you need to do is ask him about something and he will be there to get it done. He will give you the shirt off his back. Now he finds himself needing to do something he does not want to do. And that is look to you for help. His treatment in going to carry on for at least a year with immunotherapy and we don't even have all the information on that. He goes for a PET Scan first to see where he stands on Thursday, that is a $275 copy. And I am sure continued Dr visits and blood work will continue. So if you can find it within your means to give something towards his treatment bills he/we will be ever so grateful. Whatever the amount is appreciated. With gratitude, Joanne and Bernie
