We need a little help if you can

Hi, I'm Jake sorry to be here but circumstances dictate that I am. My daughter and I moved to Forest Cove Apts on 2/13/23. I paid $2600.00 total to move in and walked into an Apt that was pitiful. I ask for my money back and they agreed to give it back but said it would take 30 days. in the meantime they have every dime to my name and I've spent what little I have left on a hotel waiting on my money back. tomorrow I don't have money for a hotel.
