hello! im jake, an 18 year old trans man whos been out of the closet for about 6 years now. im currently on testosterone, and am aiming to fully medically transition by the end of 2025. top surgery has been something that ive wanted even before coming out, and has always seemed unattainable. but with some of your help and my own saving efforts im hoping to make it happen before any new laws and regulations about gender affirming care take effect. every dollar counts, thank you ️‍⚧️
