Please help my Niece who is a cancer victim, rebuild her life!
2015 was a nightmare year for loving mother of 4, Kristina Kokales Banken , who- after a winter of mysterious illness's -- was shockingly diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer at the age of 39.
In May of 2015 Kristina, with fiance Ryan and her 4 children at her side began the fight of her life,
Kristina fought her battle with faith and a positive spirit, relying on love and inner strength to stand up to this devastating cancer that threatened to leave her children motherless.
The Doctors attacked her cancer with rounds of high dose chemo, hit her with radiation and had to perform radical surgery.
Throughout the debilitating treatments--this special woman never complained, she's turned her nightmare into a positive journey. Kristina has continued to be an amazing mom and an inspiration to others. She's held her family together with dignity and the belief in miracles!
She's walked through the turbulant storm of chemo and life altering surgery without complaint, never asking for help, only prayers.
Kristina and her family have been fighting this battle with incredible courage and strength---but they really need our help now!
It's been a year of struggle for the entire family--trying to live without her income has left the family scrambling to pick up the pieces.
Now is the time for the healing to begin, Kristina has finished her chemo and now waits to hear the words "You Are Cancer Free!"
She wants to get back to the business of raising her kids, Mathew 17, Wyatt 12, Ireland 7, and Step Daughter Alyvia 13,
to just get back to the blessings of simply living!
Kristina and her family rent a very small cabin--they dream of a bigger place and a day when they can catch up on their financial responsiblities--------------------- and just breath!
