save my cats life please

Back in April of this year, we found our cat Daffy curled up in the cabinet, lethargic and unable to move. We took him to the vet to find out he had a urinary blockage which is common in male cats, and that while they were unblocking him, he had stopped breathing for over a minute. I spent almost $6,000 in the span of a weekend, desperate to save his life, putting it on multiple credit cards, and asking friends and family for help. I am still paying off that debt today.
Today, on November 9th, I took him to the vet, thinking he was blocked again as he was straining in the litter box but acting completely normal otherwise. When they tried to put in the catheter to unblock him, they could not put in the catheter due to the size of his urethra being so thin, presumably due to the last blockage causing some sort of tissue damage. He must receive a perineal urethrostomy (PU) surgery in order to widen his urethra and insert the catheter. The blockage has been caught early enough that there is time to save him, his vitals are currently normal but without this surgery his vitals will get worse.
Daffy has gotten us through some of the toughest times in our lives, he is extremely sweet and caring. So I ask personally, please help us save him. Any and all money will be used towards the surgery.
Here is some of the bills I had paid for his previous blockage. This does not include the emergency vet visit, which had cost an additional $2,500 for him to be watched overnight for three days.
