HELP AUNT PEARLIE SUE SAVE HER HOUSE...
PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
Pride is really something, but when it comes to my grandchildren, pride is kicked to the side. I live in the historic Northwest Quadrant of Beaufort, South Carolina. It was settled by newly freed Africans during the beginning of the American Civil War. We are 7 generations of homeowners in this area...born and raised.
I've been privately struggling with Green Tree Mortgage Servicing Company for about two years about their attempt to foreclose on my home. This 100+ years house is the home my parents raised me with 5 siblings, I've raised my 3 children as a single mother and now the home for me and 4 of my grandchildren that I am helping to raise.
I made the terrible mistake in 2000 of borrowing $19,000 for home renovations. Over the years I have paid over $40,000 and they are still demanding about $40,000 to pay them out or $15,000+ to stop the foreclosure and continue to pay the loan. My home is scheduled for sale on October 3, 2016. I desperately need your help to SAVE MY HOUSE.
With help and support of family and friends we have planned a fundraiser for Friday, September 23, 2016, but for those who may not be able to attend, but would like to make a donation to this cause may contribute to this GoFundMe.
I am a Gullah storyteller, historian, griot..."Keeper of the Culture"...traveling near and far, sharing the stories of this rich and unique history. This beautiful place is known as the "Queen of the Sea Islands." I am so blessed by GOD to call this home. I am asking for your help me to continue to live here and tell the story of how love and victory triumph over struggle and evil.
