Hello everyone! My name is Alex, and I really appreciate you taking the time to read on! Rasheka’s daughter Maya is a young girl who loves soccer, anime, reading, design, art, sewing, playing Roblox with friends, and hanging out with friends! Maya also suffers from cyclic vomiting syndrome.

This condition causes Maya to be severely sick for long periods of time. Maya has been an absolute warrior through these past years, but this sickness requires lots of hospital visits and expensive medical care. Maya is supported by her loving single mother Rasheka whenever she is sick, but this sickness causes them to miss work and school.

All expenses rest of Rasheka since Maya’s biological father, an unstable part of Maya’s life both emotionally and physically, decided to sign over his rights as Maya’s parent after 10 years of being her father on paper. Though still in the process of signing his rights over, he has made it clear he does not want anything to do with Maya. His decision hurts Maya emotionally and adds to the financial strain from medical expenses.

On top of these stresses, their family is devastated by the very recent loss of their sweet fur angel Izzy who is pictured with them this past Halloween season. Maya is sweet, kind, fun, and has such a giving heart. She deserves to feel special and supported. This family is so inspiring, strong, and deserving of help.
