Dad's Medical Fund

On April 21st my father (Ray Shock II) was diagnosed with Esthesioneuroblastoma.  This is a very rare cancer located in the sinus cavity that has protruded into the frontal lobe of his brain.  On May 3rd he will be undergoing a very lengthy and delicate surgery that may result in the loss of his left eye and possibly permeant brain damage.  After surgery he will be in ICU for about a week recovering.  Once he is out of the hospital he will be moved to North Canton Ohio to stay with my brother.  He will have to be transported daily to Cleveland in order to receive proton radiation treatments along with chemotherapy for up to 8 weeks.  Dad will not be able to work for several months and may never be able to depending on the surgery.  This is going to be a lengthy and costly ordeal for him and our family.  We could really use some help to try and stay afloat through all of this.  Medical bills are starting to pile up and things are about to get a lot worse.  Any amount would be appreciated more than words can describe.  All the funds donated will be used for medical bills, transportation cost, and any other cost associated with treatments.  Thank you very much for your help!
