Hello, my name is Ray. I've never done this before, and to be honest I'm kind of ashamed. I'm trying to raise money to get a reliable vehicle, as my current vehicle has 180k miles on it, and literally everything is going wrong with it. The engine is getting weak and not running very well. The transmission is slipping, and it has a slew of electrical problems. Each one of these issues on their will cost thousands to fix. I think at this point just finding another vehicle would be the best option. Unfortunately, I'm extremely poor and I live hand to mouth, daily. I have zero savings, with no way of either fixing the multiple issues with my van, or buying another vehicle. When, not if but when my van breaks down, I'm going to be in dire straights, to put it lightly. So, at the suggestion of a dear friend, here I am, asking for help. This doesn't come easy for me. I've actually considered living in the street before asking for money. So this is really a last ditch, hail Mary, effort.
