Hello my name is Joseph de alba. I am an ER nurse and I’m trying to help my sister Rayna. She is 30 years old and was in a terrible car accident. She is currently in ICU on a ventilator with multiple injuries including bilateral femur fractures, open compound ankle fracture, bilateral arm fractures and a broken pelvis. She was let go of her job because of this and currently has no money, no job and no insurance. She is also a mother of my goddaughter reanna who is 10 years old.
