Raymond Vargas

On April 26th our loving son, brother and uncle was taken from us. He was shot and killed by a stranger. He was only 17 years old and loved by so many. He was such a loving, carefree, outgoing kid. He brought joy to everyone he met. He will always be remebered as the boy who lit up the room.
