Hello Everyone,
My name is JoAnn Rodriguez and my older brother, Raymond Torres (or as I call him Jr), was diagnosed with Stage 4 Nasopharynx Cancer on Friday, December 7, 2018.
Raymond had been feeling ill and went to the ENT on Monday, November 26, 2018. The ENT told him he had a mass and suspected it was cancer. Over the following days, he had several doctor appointments.
Friday, November 30, 2018 – Biopsy
Tuesday, December 4, 2018 – PET Scan
Thursday, December 6, 2018 – MRI
Friday, December 7, 2018 – Radiation Oncologist diagnosed Raymond with Stage 4 Nasopharynx Cancer and said his mass is the size of a large lemon (6x6 size).
Monday, December 10, 2018 - Chemo Port Surgery.
Wednesday, December 12, 2018 - Surgery for feeding tube.
Thursday, December 13, 2018 - 1st chemo treatment.

Wednesday, December 26, 2018 - Raymond had an Oncologist appointment and there had been no changes.
Wednesday evening there was a storm that came through Morgan and the entire roof of his home blew off and landed on his car and the ceiling collapsed on the inside.
Thursday, December 27, 2018 - During his visit to the Dentist, he told Raymond all his teeth needed to be removed before he can start radiation.
Monday, January 7, 2019 - 2nd chemo treatment.
Wednesday, January 9, 2019 - Oral Surgeon appointment to see if Raymond is healthy enough for surgery to remove his teeth.
Raymond has lived in Morgan, Texas all his life. He’s always been self-employed, a hard worker, and independent. Over the next 7 weeks, he will have chemo and radiation treatments 5 days a week in Waco, Texas. To help Raymond, we have moved him into our home so I can take care of him.
Please consider donating any amount to help ease the financial burden of his medical costs.
Thank you.
