Raymond Rougely, passed away on May 15, 2020.  During his life, he was committed to God, serving others and encouraging young people to further their education.

In honor of his life,  the  Raymond Rougely Memorial Scholarship fund has been established to support high school graduates pursue a college education. 

Our family is truly honored to continue his memory and legacy to help others.
