Hello Everyone,

We are Raymond and Heather Richoux from Thibodaux, LA. We are a happy family with our two girls and five dogs. We are also living proof that in the blink of an eye a diagnosis can change your life forever. Raymond has congestive heart failure and we have been told that he cannot survive without a heart transplant. He’s currently on the waiting list and will be in the hospital until he can get a new heart. 

First, we want say we are so grateful for our families, friends and church family who have prayed with us and for us.  We are also grateful for our medical team for their caring response during all the testing and procedures. Along with the new ongoing medical expenses, we are unsure of how we will pay for everyday necessities (mortgage, car payments, living expenses). As we travel the road that lies ahead of us, we know God can move mountains and we will rest in that faith.  We have these requests: 

Pray for our medical team – that God will give them wisdom for Raymond’s treatment and ongoing medical care that he will need in the future.

 Pray for Raymond – that his health will continue to be stable enough to endure the transplant and heal completely.

 Pray for our girls – that they will see God’s hand in this journey and that they will see that miracles happen every single day.

 Lastly, please prayerfully consider any contribution that you might feel led to make toward our medical crisis. Any donation will be appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
