Raymond Hicks a TRUE story of police corruption

My name is Raymond Hicks, a highly decorated Broward County Sheriff's deputy with 15 years of service. After witnessing and reporting corruption in my agency, I was falsely charged with Trafficking 350 kilos of cocaine. I spent 16 1/2 months behind bars, waiting for my day in court. I fought these fabricated charges before a jury of my peers who only had to deliberate for 30 minutes before acquitting me of all charges. The injustice perpetrated against me and my family resulted in the loss of all my possessions, my home, my cars repossessed, my finances, and the career I loved.

I am raising funds to help tell the true story of the corruption I witnessed in law enforcement and the ensuing injustice brought against me and my family. I have authored a self-published book titled I'm Still Standing by Raymond Hicks about my case and made numerous appearances on podcasts including Whistleblower Network News, and Hip Hop Uncensored.

Despite this, I feel as though I have yet to be vindicated. My arrest was splashed and paraded across the headlines, yet the same news organizations refused to cover my acquittal. My goal is to bring my story to the screen so audiences can bear witness to the trials and tribulations my family and I have endured over the past 21 years.
