Hi my names is Randy Garcia. The dad/step father of Raylene Cardenas.It is with deepest sadness and heavy hearts that the unexpected passing, of Raylene Cardenas. March 22nd 2023. Raylene was taken from us too soon with so much of life left ahead of her. With all the emotional pain that Raylene’s passing has brought us, it also brought financial challenges. During this time, we would like to raise money for Raylene’s loved ones to help with funeral expenses.
