Ray & Ruth Aumack help fund
Hello Gentlemen,
I am attempting to do something in my very senior years for a dear fellow alumni of St. Peter’s Prep from the great class of 1955.
You all know or should know, our beloved class Beattie,
Ray Aumack. Unfortunately, Ray and his wonderful wife, Ruth,
have been experiencing many difficulties of health and financial
challenges in addressing their immediate problems.
As the self designated “biggest loudmouth” in the class of 1955, an award that I do not cherish, I have taken the opportunity to speak to you all via electronics in order not to hear the gasps and
laughter of fellow alumni agreeing with my self designated award!!!!
So, today I am utilizing my loudmouth, Jersey City Italian heritage to ask you, my fellow alumni , from the greatest class from
St. Peter’Prep, to step forward and join me in helping our
classmate of 1955, our designated Beattie, Ray Aumack, during
his difficulties.
As Octogenarians, we may not be able to physically assist,
however, I hope and pray that in some manner, that is acceptable
to you, may help the Aumack’s in providing some financial
assistance they will need during these difficult times.
I have “primed the pump” of a Go Fund Me account for Ray and
Ruth by a personal donation. I struggle to ask you all to also
donate whatever amount is affordable from your personal
situation. Please, join me in helping Ray meet the needs of his
family as he has done so many times for others both spiritually and
financially. I know that these are crazy difficult times for all and
that is why I struggle in this effort. In my previous life as a sales
executive I never had a problem asking for the order but this is for a good friend, so I’m a bit more comfortable in asking for help.
Ray, as most of you know is truly restricted in his mobility to be of physical help and the financial requirements can be quite
suffocating.
Recently, Ruth was hospitalized with some serious medical issues.
Thank God, their family was able to respond to some of their
immediate needs, but the long financial burden of home assistance and care may be too much for Ray and his family.
Our financial help will allow Ray to provide the necessary comfort at home and hopefully, allow the relief of his physical and mental
struggles.
Ray and Ruth are not currently aware of my request to his fellow
classmates. However, I am confident that he will be truly
appreciative of whatever financial help you can provide.
As you all know, Ray, has been our spiritual mentor and dedicated
trusted class leader for years....it is now ....PAY BACK TIME!!!!! If
you can?
I am asking the dear friends and classmates that I am addressing
this message to forward it on to other classmates that you know
and are not included in this communication. Ask them to forward
this message to classmates with whom they may be in contact.
I apologize that I only have the contacts of a few classmates who I
included in this message. I need your help in disseminating this
communication to the other alumni of 1955, who I am confident
will come to help our Beattie, Ray Aumack. Your efforts will be
greatly appreciated as always.
God bless you all and I strongly pray that our Lord continues to
bestow upon you and all of your family, His good graces for your
generosity.
I thank you sincerely for allowing me to enter your lives on behalf
of a dear friend, alumnus and a dedicated spiritual classmate.
May God bless Ray and Ruth Aumack and may God help us all
during these most difficult moments. Special regards and my
prayers for you all,
Bob Esti ‘55
