Hello all this is Kandu Moore. My big brother Ray Moore has gone on to be with the LORD. It was unexpected and it wasn’t COVID. He was a big hearted San Diegan that graduated from Serra HS in 1984. He was a military veteran, and a father. Unfortunately his status with military doesn’t allow us to bury him for free.
