Ray Messenger Memorial Fund
Donation protected
It is with heavy hearts and deepest regrets that we announce the passing of our brother and friend Ray Messenger. He passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 17, 2020.
Ray was a kind man with the best sense of humor. He loved his family more than anything in this world. Ray had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He always made sure everyone one was okay before himself. He never asked or wanted anything in return from anyone, he genuinely wanted to help and let you know that he cared! Once he was motivated in a task, there was no stopping him. He could fix anything. His loving spirit could always make other people feel so loved. He was an avid Redskins fan, lover of all things peanut butter and a champion at finding 4 leaf clovers. He had recently found his greatest love, Laura, and was so proud of the progress he was making in life. We all love and miss him tremendously. Ray was a loving son, a caring brother and a great friend who was loved by so many. We will never forget his smile, energetic laughter, and the memories we have shared.
As we process this immense loss, the question is often heard, “How can we help?” At this time anything that could help with funeral expenses would be appreciated. Unfortunately Ray did not have life insurance or any means to fund his memorial and cremation.
