Ray Lovell Funeral, a Key West Son

Gary the Carpenter Construction is establishing this fund to assist with Ray Lovell's Cremation and Memorial. Key West Native Raymond Lovell was a Construction Project Manager with our company for over 20 years. With Ray’s recent passing, we want to help his family with his cremation and memorial expenses. The Memorial will be held on September 18th. He was well loved by all with whom he worked at the company as well as our many clients.

Ray was born in Key West and his first home at 808 Simonton Street was just two doors down from the office. Before joining the company he was a charter boat captain and diesel mechanic on the Island as well as foreman on other island construction projects. The only times he left the Island were to attend carpentry school following graduating from KWHS and moving to New Jersey for several years.

This fund will be to assure that he will forever be on his Island and his remains will be returned to the ocean he loved.
