It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ray Hoover. Ray was a proud, loving and caring father, son, brother, and uncle. For those that know Ray, know he was very proud of accomplishing the goals that he set forth for himself. He will be missed by many, especially his sister, mother, father and step-mother. He will forever be loved and remember for his infectious laugh and love toward his friends and family.
Ray is survived by his daughter, Raelynn E. Hoover, his sister, Brittany K. Hoover, and his brothers; Scott A. Youso and Mathew T. Guerre. He is also survived by his parents; Raymond L. Hoover, Rana K. Schultz, and Valerie A. Hoover, his grandparents; Dorothea Augusta Hoover and Joyce E. Day.
