I, Jennifer Ricupero, have always believed that every woman and man has what it takes to bring about positive change in their lives. Now I want you to show how much you believe in this as well!

RAW Fitness Saratoga was started in January 2014 in a small garage at 79 Beekman Street in the Arts District of Saratoga Springs, NY. I wanted this fitness-based business to run as an educational and inspirational place for all ages and ability levels to come and find their true potential, while having fun at the same time.
We never give up on anyone and will always listen to your needs and body and provide help inside and outside of our facility.

RAW has gone through many ups and downs, but we are now finally in our forever home with two locations, RAW Fitness at 51 Caroline Street and RAW SPACE 80 Henry Street in downtown Saratoga Springs, NY.

RAW has had it's 2 Year Anniversary in October 2016, and I will always be a true believer in the care and knowledge I will openly share with whomever I meet.

If you have ever been helped by any of my teachings at RAW Fitness or at my other previous locations, please help me keep my dream alive to keep fitness knowledge accessible and convenient as well as cost effective for all who are ready!!

These mats will be hypo-allergenic, hang on the wall or rack to keep fresh and dry quickly.  They are longer and thicker then our current mats.
