Donate to help Raven Allen with expenses

On Wednesday June 7th, I received a message around 3pm telling me that my daughter was in the ambulance on the way to the hospital because she had experienced a series of seizures. Raven is 21 years old and has always been incredibly healthy. She's never broken a bone, and the most serious medical procedure she's had was 2 years ago getting her wisdom teeth removed. As you can imagine, this ordeal has been incredibly scary for all of us. She was put on seizure medication and released to go home where she has been recuperating with an incredibly swollen tongue from chomping down on it during the seizures. Her memories of Wednesday are very hazy, most of it being a complete blank.

After meeting with her primary care doctor on Friday, she was scheduled for an mri this upcoming week, and has a referral in for a neurologist so we can try to figure out what caused this to happen. She was told she cannot drive for at least 6 months, or until the neurologist releases her. That means mom (myself) is going to be spending alot of time on the road traveling to Manhattan to accompany her to her appointments.

Raven is going to need to take it incredibly easy during the next few weeks, meaning she won't be working as much. She's a cosmetologist and pays booth rent weekly, but that's going to be difficult to do if she's not able to work full time.

They say it takes a village, so I'm coming to you guys hoping you can spare a little to help put Raven's mind at ease, at least on the financial aspect. She has a long road ahead of her as we navigate through the next few doctors appointments and tests. I'd love if she didn't have to have the stress of paying her bills, or affording groceries and medications while trying to recover.
