Raul Elizalde Hernández - Funeral Service

Donation protected
11/5 late Friday evening our father Raul Elizalde Hernández suffered a heart attack and a fall to the head and passed away. Raul was a father to 3 children. He leaves them behind along with his life long partner/wife Margarita, grandchild, his brothers, sisters and parents. He was 65 and full of life! Grateful for his second chance at life after going through surgery for his prostate cancer. With plans to buy a home and focus his time to his wife, grandchild, plants and his hobbies (art, music, eating.) He was born in Mexico and grew up in an community we’re going to school was not heard of. His father encouraged him to go to school and so he went and made it all the way to University UNAM. There he studied architecture and graphic design. He worked at MClant Erickson an ad agency as a designer. He was a hard worker and build his parents a house. He then met the love of his life Margarita and they then moved to the USA. There his credentials were not validated so he grabbed a job as a busser. Took the bus to work and never missed a single day of work. At 34 he had his first child Alba. By then he worked at the regeant in Beverly Hills running the mini bar cart. He met a lot of famous people. Then at 36 he had his second son David and at 38 his third one Jessie. He loved his children and raised them with good manners. Teaching them to be hard workers and to always smile. Raul had the most contagious and beautiful smile. He loved queen but his idol was Jim Morrison. In 2017 he finally became a U.S. citizen a big dream of his. He traveled California and got to visit his parent in Mexico at least 3-4 times in the past years. Even though he had just retired he was ready to start working again after he felt better from his surgery and wanted to buy his house. Wanting to be a better person. A sudden tragedy and taken too soon. We are asking for help as this is a sudden and unexpected blow to our family. Thank you.
