Rathke Fundraiser

Hi my name is Debbie and I am hoping to raise funds for a dear friend of mine currently going through cancer treatments. Lisa was diagnosed with breast cancer August 3. She worked full time as a PreK teacher. She loved working with the kids, but sadly she had to quit when surgery and treatments made it too difficult to keep working. Lisa is in the last part of her treatment process and due to timing, her radiation treatments are split between this year and 10 treatments in the first part of January. Those last 10 treatments in January will not be covered by insurance unfortunately, deductible has to be met first which is very high, higher then the cost of her treatments. She is trying to work a couple days a week as she can through radiation. This is a hardship on them that Im hoping we can help make a little easier during such a difficult time. Radiation is difficult enough without the stress of worrying how you will pay for it. 100% of money raised is going to pay for treatments not covered by insurance due to the new year and not having met the deductible.
