Our beautiful Rasham passed away on the 1st November 2023.

During her life she loved completely and unconditionally. She was the eldest of 9 siblings, during her childhood there were periods where she cared for her parents because of poor health and illness. She also played a very large part in helping raise her siblings. She was very much a surrogate mother to the younger ones.

Rasham was a beautiful soul who greeted everyone with a smile, she was happily married for 46 years to Bakhshish. They were each others best friend, the person each of them wanted to grow old with, to hold hands with and get to 80 and say….woohoo, we made it!

She was a mother to three children and a grandmother of one. Yet for many more she was also their mother figure, someone who would be a constant figure of love and support and a ready supply of tea and biscuits.

The family are using this page to collect donations to give to charities which are close to their hearts in memory of a wonderful woman who was cherished.
