Rashad Singletary legal fee help

Rashad Singletary was beaten by two police officers. Postal mail carrier claims that he had a "simulated gun" so mailman gives rashad somebody else's mail package and when the police got to him without questioning they just charged at him not knowing he has mental health issues and was not a threat.
Please help us in fighting to get him the mental healthcare he needs and get justice served after suffering such excessive treatment, thank you so much for all of your help.
