Our Vision for the Archery Centre of Excellence (ACE)
The ACE is an accessible and affordable centre of excellence (for Target, Field, FITA, and 3D Archery), enabling recreational and competitive archers, coaches, and judges of all ages and abilities, including archers with limb differences and mobility issues, to enjoy the sport and develop their skills at a single, year-round indoor/outdoor facility.
What is the ACE?
• The ACE is a one-of-a-kind (in Canada), accessible, and affordable centre of excellence for Target, Field, FITA, and 3D archery
• The ACE will;
•enable recreational and competitive archers, coaches, and judges of all ages to develop their skills at a single, year-round indoor/outdoor facility
•enable us to regularly host Provincial, National, and international level tournaments and training opportunities.
•support a huge increase in the development of archers and officials able to compete and/or work at the national and international level.
•No club or commercial entity in Canada currently operates a year-round indoor/outdoor, full-service range facility with access to an indoor 70 metre range.
In addition to raising $100,000 through this Go Fund Me campaign, we are hoping to raise an additional $500,000 through our individual & corporate sponsorship programs which you can find on our website : http://sherwoodparkarchery.com/more/building-fund/
