Rappville Fire - Help Kerrie Pickering's Mum

Kerrie's mother and her partner were hiding in the shed and didn't realise just how close the fire was, when they noticed their neighbour's property was on fire. Kerrie's mum and her partner went to help their neighbours, and moments later looked back and their own home was on fire. They have lost everything.

Kerrie has this week travelled to Rappville to help with the clean up and is hoping to bring her mum back to Cairns for a bit of a break from the catastrophic scenes she is facing each day.

Kerrie is today helping clear away the shed and set up a caravan so that her Mum can be around and look after the animals while they rebuild.

We have created this page as we would love to show the power of our Green Machine, get behind Kerrie & her family, and help her with some of the immediate costs, like flights, new appliances, temporary kitchen, and food.

Any contribution will be greatly accepted, and paid directly to Kerrie's Mum Lynn.
