Thursday morning at 3:08 AM the father of my daughter Raphael Schaeffer was in a terrible car accident on Lakeshore Drive in Chicago Illinois. Unfortunately Raphael succumbed To his injuries from the accident and he passed away on arrival to Northwestern Hospital. Raphael also known as Ralph in the community, is a beloved son, brother, friend, and father for our beautiful two-year-old daughter Z Adeya Schaeffer. Raphael was also a beloved and well-known musician in the music community of Chicago. Raphael was blessed to travel around the world and touch many stages and touched just as many people’s hearts with his kindness warmth and generosity. Raphael’s death was sudden and unexpected. His passing has left the family struggling to find a way to give him a proper funeral as we were unprepared for this tragedy. We are asking if anyone is able and willing to donate to this gofund me so that we can properly bury Raphael and give him the home going celebration that he deserves. Anything and everything helps no matter what the amount. We just want to bury Raphael the right way as he would’ve liked. Thank you so much for all your love and support.
