Sarge's Medical Expenses

My name is Kayla Lasiewicki. I've just completed my freshman year at the beautiful College of Charleston.
Today, not long ago, I found out that my aunt's beloved dog, Sarge, has Congestive Heart Failure. Sarge is a 140 lb, 12 year old Chocolate Lab. My aunt is the technical owner of him, but my entire family all lives within 10 minutes of each other, so he is our family dog. We've had him since I was six years old (I'm eighteen now). What he has is treatable, but it's not going to get any better. With Congestive Heart Failure, your heart gets weaker, and your lungs fill with fluid. The veterinarian didn't give him an exact life expectancy, but he has other medical problems, and I don't think it's going to be long.
Now, on to my aunt. My aunt is one of the kindest, most caring people in this entire world. She doesn't have a husband or any children, so Sarge and I are her world. She's always provided for everyone. She lives with my grandmother, and they share the bills. They are renting a one bedroom house together. I would love to help out myself, but like I said, I'm a full-time student, and I don't have time for a full-time job right now. I just want to be able to give back to her in some way in return for everything she has done for me these past eighteen years.
I didn't tell her I was going to open up this GoFundMe page, because I knew she would try to stop me. She needs this money more than anything right now, so she can keep her best friend/little boy around for as long as she can. This $1,100 I'm asking for only covers the first treatment, but anything will help.
