When tragedy strikes, a community rallies. Monticello's Ranucci family (Al, Karla, Brianna, and Andrew) needs their community now. Al suffered a serious stroke on June 14 and is currently in the ICU at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Prognosis is difficult and the Ranucci family needs help. Help to cover medical bills and everyday expenses during this incredibly difficult time. **update** It is with broken hearts that Karla, Brianna and Andrew share that Alfie passed away the morning of June 23. He will be deeply missed by family, friends and everyone lucky enough to know him. The family is incredibly grateful for the amazing love and support they have been shown over the past few weeks. As they shift now to honoring Al's life and to saying goodbye, donations will help cover funeral and final expenses and to help support the family in the short term, allowing them to grieve without added financial stress.
