My cousin and childhood friend ,Rania, is ill. She lives in Asmara, Eritrea. A country that has little medical care available for those who are critically ill or are in need for surgery. Rania has Hydrocephalus, that's when fluid builds up in the skull and causes the brain to swell. Her condition has progressively worsened over the years. It  makes part of her body paralised temporarly, which lastes up to two weeks. Because of her condition she is not able to work. 
She needs urgent surgery which is not available in Eritrea. She needs to travel to neighboring country, Sudan, to get the proper treatment. 

Helping Rania could be a small deed that will be great in God's scale. May Allah reward you Jannat al ferdose al aala

(ﷺ) said, ".... If anyone fulfills his brother's needs, Allah will fulfill his needs; if one relieves a Muslim of his troubles, Allah will relieve his troubles on the Day of Resurrection; ....". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
