We have never envisioned a day like this would come to make this page, but life is unpredictable.

On Dec 28, 2022, Rani Munagala (49) was involved in a car accident near Mountain Pass, CA, while going on a family trip to Las Vegas, NV. She suffered significant injuries to her spine, and she was taken to Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas straight away in an ambulance. By God's grace, others in the car didn’t sustain major injuries, they were treated for some open wounds.

After diagnosis from the doctors, she had multiple fractures to her spine, fracture to multiple fingers on her left toe, and open wounds. Doctors mentioned that she needs surgery to fix her spine. After surgery, she also needs to be trained for 6-8 weeks to regain basic mobility.

She headed out from India to see her daughter, Priyanka, on Sep 15th, 2022. She is visiting the USA for the first time to see her daughter after many years. She is noble, kindhearted and always welcomes everyone with an open heart, and loves to feed everyone. She had no pre-existing medical condition and followed a healthy lifestyle.

This misfortune is causing a colossal monetary weight on Priyanka since she is the sole earner for the family. We are seeing a significant amount of expenses for treatment and rehabilitation.
