Randy’s amputation recovery fund
Donation protected
My brother in law (Randy) just had his right foot and partial leg amputated. It took 2 months for him to get a surgery date , therefore his short term disability has ran out and he has no long term disability. The short term ran out June 30. His parents are both deceased so he cannot turn to them for help. He has over $3500in medical bills and they continue in the mail each day. He has been REFUSED physical therapy because he can not afford $180 weekly out of pocket. It is a very sad scene to watch.
He is also trying to keep his car in the driveway. He has had his auto loan for over 3 years and has never missed a payment until now. He has been making partial payments here and there but that is not enough they still threaten him daily that they will be coming to take it. Then he can drive his wheelchair to doctors appointments as far as they are concerned.
He is just trying to keep a roof over his head, his car, and utilities...just the basics nothing more. He needs some relief from this emotional roller coaster daily wondering what’s going to be taken or if he is going to be able to get to his doctor appointments and if he will ever be able to get the treatments he needs to make a full recovery and walk again. Without treatment he is high fall risk and wheelchair bound.
So with the grace of God and prayers hopefully he can get a little help and relief from this scary emotional, medical, and financial crisis. If anyone can help with anything thank you in advance, for your help in this tragic temporary situation.
