My name is Tammy and I am fundraising for funeral expenses for my friend Samantha Webb for her son Randy Soell.

Randy passed away unexpectedly on April 16, 2023.

Randy was born with Williams syndrome and resided with his mom Samantha Webb.

Samantha works a full time job and was Randy's caregiver. She did not have a life insurance policy on him and does not have funds for funeral services for him.
