Hello everyone!

We are the sons and daughter-in-laws of Randy Lutz: Randy & Laura, Chad & Kyra, Ryan & Carla, and Joe & Janelle.

Many of you know the tragic diagnosis and passing of Randy Lutz. Those of you that don’t know, on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 Randy was diagnosed with Lymphoma which had spread to his central nervous system. After a round of treatment, his body was failing quickly. He passed just three short weeks into his fight on Saturday, August 6th surrounded by his loving family.

Randy proudly served his community as a Borough Councilman for 17 years and as a distinguished fire fighter and Chief for the Hummelstown Fire Department for 30 years.

Randy touched the lives of so many people within and outside his community. Many of us will remember him for his love of motor sports, classic rock, and fishing. His humor and stories always made him the brightest star in the room.

One of the many joys of his life was cooking for others. He spent many hours with Kerrin on the R&K Foodwrecker catering at Cassels Vineyards and numerous other events.

He will be tremendously missed by so many people and we hope to continue honoring him.

We would love to make this transition as seamless as possible for Kerrin and the family. Any donation will be used to defray the medical and funeral costs.

Nothing will replace the loss of such a loving and respected man.
