Funeral Funds for our dear father Randy

Anyone that has gotten to know Randy knows that music, friends and family are his life. Some people know him as the former amazing drummer and singer of Society of Seven. Others know Randy as their loved “papa”. And certainly, many know Randy as a dear friend. He is the life of the party in any room he walks into.

 

Our beloved father, Randy Abellar, was diagnosed with Leukemia in September 2021. Since then, he has been fighting this aggressive form of blood cancer tirelessly. Countless hospital and doctor visits have put a big strain on his health. Since his diagnosis, his life has been put on a pause. Randy’s inability to perform due to his poor health has become one of his biggest challenges. It feels like his passion has been taken from him far too soon.

 

We, his children, are asking for your help. Pray for his recovery, reach out and tell him you love him. The Abellar family also asks that you consider helping with his medical fees.

 

Randy has a long journey ahead of him towards rehabilitation. With your help, we can help fund his eventual bone marrow transplant. This is an extensive process which involves him temporarily staying in California along with months of recovery nearby a hospital as they monitor him.

 

The funds will also be used to help cover some of his costly hospital bills, which since the beginning of his diagnosis has reached an upwards of thousands of dollars. This will immensely help alleviate the huge stress him and our family are going through.

Our beloved Randy has passed away today. Thank you to everyone who have supported our family through this extremely difficult time. The money will now be used towards his funeral services and to relieve family of his medical funds.
