Randolph Mommy & Me is supporting the efforts of the Randolph Education Foundation (REF). Our goal is to raise $2,500 for gift cards. The REF will donate the proceedings to the students in need in the Randolph School District. Gift cards will be purchased from local school supply stores and donated to the families before the 2021 - 2022 school year.

Each month the Randolph Mommy & Me group supports the community with its outreach initiative to benefit local businesses, families, hospitals, etc. For the month of August, we have partnered together with the Randolph Education Foundation (REF) to raise monetary funds for children/families to buy necessary school supplies for the 2021-22 school year.

Our goal is to raise at least $2,500 to purchase gift cards for Randolph public school students. We will donate 100% of the funds to the REF who then will purchase gift cards for local school supply stores and donate to the families before the 2021-22 school year.

Raising funds for students to buy the necessary supplies is crucially important to ensure their success during the upcoming school year. Students need a mirage of supplies such as pens/pencils, backpacks, notebook, folders, calculators etc. During the pandemic, many families/individuals have been laid off or unable to work due to childcare needs.

The Randolph Mommy & Me is a very active group of over 320 moms in Randolph with children ages 0-Pre-K. We come together to connect, ask for advice, support one another on our parenting journey while creating a foundation for our children to begin to form life-long friendships. We schedule events, which include: weekly playdates/meetups, monthly community drives & outreach initiatives, monthly adult & child book clubs, monthly parenting classes with local professionals, seasonal parties etc.

Founded in 2009, the Randolph Education Foundation was inspired by the idea that together, families, schools, and the local community, shape the education of our children. Since its foundation, the REF has worked with the community to support innovative programs and provide assistance to students in need in the Randolph public schools. To date, the REF has donated more than $300,000 to the Randolph Township School District in the form of grants, support to specific projects, and assistance to students.
