Those of us who have had the pleasure of working with and befriending Randale know the gentle, kind spirit that he is.   Recently, he was placed on the liver transplant list.  Unfortunately, his health has taken a turn where he is no longer able to work and will lose his health benefits in the near future.  

It is our hope to rally the help of friends, colleagues and strangers in donating to help with his medical costs.
