Rancho La Paloma Ministry Center facilitates and promotes long-term community transformation in the U.S./Mexico border area. From the outskirts of the quiet border town of Tecate, Baja California, the Ranch hosts, educates and equips teams with practical ways to serve in a cross-cultural context.

Serving alongside his family has been a transformitive experience in Elliot's life. "The Ranch," as we call it, served as a training ground for his adolescent and young adult years, teaching him the value of service, sacrifice, reliance on God, and education. The mission of the Ranch has evolved over the decades as needs in the community that we work in have changed and as our understanding of community transformation continues to be honed. While the specifics have changed over time, the fundamentals have not; that we are all in need of the healing hands of Jesus Christ, and that it is our honor to be used as His hands every now and then.
