On election day, November 6th, my aunt Alma (single mom of five amazing children) and her family, lost everything in a devastating fire at her home in Los Angeles. After walking to the library around the corner with her family to go vote, she was met with a devastating call from her teenage son (who stayed home) that the roof had caught fire (the roof was almost finished being redone). After running home, she did indeed find her home up in flames.

Thankfully, the Ramos family is safe and no one was injured. However, they have lost virtually all of their possessions.

The family is now in need of funds for every day living expenses, clothes, food, and household goods, as well as funds for temporary housing elsewhere.
Alma and her family have been overwhelmed by the love and support from dear friends and family.
In an effort to help, we are hopeful that you will consider a donation, big or small, so that she and her family can start to rebuild and get their lives back on track. Your prayers and support will be INCREDIBLY appreciated as the Ramos family tries to cope with this loss.
Please feel free to share this post. We all want to do what we can to help the Ramos family in this tough time this fall and winter season.
Thank you.
