On Wednesday April 20th 2023 around 10am my whole entire life changed , my mother was unexpectedly taken from me in the blink of an eye. My name is Phoenix Jorgensen and I am the daughter of Ramona Jorgensen, I am making this go fund me to pay for funeral costs. My mother passed due to drowning while on vacation visiting her parents (my grandparents). Words can not describe the way I have been feeling the past 24 hours, she was such a sweet , kind, loving and amazing person. She was not only my mother but my biggest cheerleader! I remember her always telling me she was. My mom has spent the last few years trying to perfect Macarons and her business just started to sky rocket and I was so so so proud of her and her accomplishments. She was so passionate about her baking and never cared about the money she loved seeing the joy in peoples faces when they would take a bite of her macarons. Somewhere down the line I dream about opening a bakery called Monies Macarons. Me and my brothers loved her dearly and can not even process this is real life.
