With great sadness, we share news of the passing of a devoted husband, devoted sibling, and hard-working professional: Ramon Villamor De La Rosa, Jr.
Many of you know him as “Chito,” He passed away on March 13, 2022, at 8:28 pm after years of battling cancer.
If you know Ramon, you would know him for being a hard-working professional who strived to provide for his family unconditionally.
He loved playing golf, spending quality time with his wife and family, and had a passion for cars.
Ramon was born on November 29, 1958. Ramon was the youngest of 9 siblings. In the Philippines, he was a highly successful General Manager of Macondray.
In February of 2006, he started a new chapter with his wife in the United States and began his career as a professional sales consultant for Carmax. With his intelligence, work ethic, and experience, he became a Senior President’s Club Sales Consultant for the Riverside location. His outstanding work helped him win multiple awards as a top producer for the site.
In 2015, Ramon was diagnosed with Stomach cancer. His confidence, strong mind, and passion for working hard gave him the drive to fight hard and beat cancer. Juggling both work, home, and consistent visits required of him - he managed to beat cancer.
Unfortunately, in 2019, Ramon was back again, battling cancer. This time, with the support of the City of Hope Hospital in Duarte, CA and Corona CA - Ramon battled cancer while facing the complex challenges of a pandemic. Many can tell he fought hard. A majority will say his strong mind, confidence, and strength will keep him moving forward until March 13, 2022.
Ramon “Chito” Villamor De La Rosa, Jr., you will be missed. Your memory will live on. We want to thank you for life and for everything you’ve done.
