Ramiro Mendoza's Road to Recovery

Hello everyone, my name is Karen and I am making this go-fund me for my Best friends dad.

On Monday June 5th Ramiro Mendoza got a cut at work. He developed mild symptoms and they only increased. On June 6th they rushed him to Valley View Hospital where they performed surgery on his hand and found out he had a really dangerous blood infection. They flew him in critical condition to the University of Colorado Hospital. They have performed three other surgeries since then, leading from his hand to his chest and might still need future surgeries.

He has to be in the ICU at-least one more week plus up to three probable weeks spent at The University of Colorado as he recovers from this horrible tragedy. As you can imagine how expensive and rough this has been for his family. He is the provider of his home apart from being a great dad, friend and human being.

Although he is doing better, there is still a long ways to recovery. These funds would help his wife and kids navigate their way as Ramiro heals in Denver where they will be staying to keep him company. They need help with Hotels, food and medical bills and of-coarse prayers.

I hope we can come together as a community and help this family through these unexpected and difficult times. Any small amount will help him and his family through this tragic time.

El lunes 5 de Junio Ramiro Mendoza se cortó en el trabajo. Desarrolló síntomas leves y solo aumentaron. El 6 de junio lo llevaron de urgencia al Hospital Valley View, donde le operaron la mano y descubrieron que tenía una infección en la sangre realmente peligrosa. Lo llevaron en estado crítico al Hospital de la Universidad de Colorado. Han realizado otras tres cirugías desde entonces, desde la mano hasta el pecho, y es posible que aún necesite cirugías futuras.

Tiene que estar en la UCI al menos una semana más más hasta tres semanas probables en la Universidad de Colorado mientras se recupera de esta horrible tragedia. Como se pueden imaginar lo caro y duro que ha sido esto para su familia. Es el proveedor de su hogar aparte de ser un gran padre, amigo y ser humano.

Aunque está mejor, todavía le queda un largo camino para recuperarse. Estos fondos ayudarían a su esposa e hijos a navegar mientras Ramiro sana en Denver, donde se quedarán para hacerle compañía. Necesitan ayuda con hoteles, alimentos y facturas médicas y, por supuesto, oraciones.

Espero que podamos unirnos como comunidad y ayudar a esta familia en estos tiempos inesperados y difíciles. Cualquier pequeña cantidad lo ayudará a él y a su familia a superar este trágico momento.
