Ramin Shirazi Cancer Treatment Fund
If you know Ramin, then you know that he is someone who is extremely selfless, special and is full of love, light and serenity. He always puts others before himself. He is one of the most unique and generous persons I have ever met. The world would not be the same without the character that he is. His ability to cheer us up with his jubilous purple hair and his goofy smile is second to none. All of us can think of a time when Ramin has been there to help one of us or someone we know... Now Ramin needs our help and we need to be there for him just as he has been there for us.
Ramin has been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer (adenocarcinoma) that has mestastetized to his liver. Any western doctor would tell you that a case like this has progressed beyond the point of being operable and since Ramin has opted out of poisoning himself with dangerous chemotherapy, doctors have given Ramin a prognosis of not more than a few months at best. In my opinion, gone untreated, this is a generous timeframe considering how quickly his symptoms have been developing over the last few days.
Ok, Time for some good news.
There is a clinic in Texas, The Burzynski Clinic, offering an alternative therapy that has been proven to cure most cancers including and especially one as progressed as Ramin's. We contacted the clinic and to our delight Ramin fit the criteria perfectly and he has been accepted to begin this genious treatment and begin a new chance to live out the rest of his life. The only thing holding Ramin back at this point is [you guessed it] MONEY! This is where we come in to save the day (and Ramin's life!) Ramin needs any help he can get my goal is to be in Texas by this weekend (March 3rd to March 5th)
