Help Ramen Gami and Affected Apartments Fire Fund

On February 17th, at about 2:50am a fire erupted from Ramen Gami at 1 Sussex Ave Newark NJ. Firefighters battled the fire and evacuated the tenants in the apartments above and next door. Buildings 1 and 5 Sussex Ave were directly affected. The damage is extensive and we must come together to support our own community. Notably, The staff and owner of Ramen Gami live in these apartments as well as local students/alumni, etc.
All Donations will go directly to Yan Cheung, owner of the building and restaurant. Half of the funds will be used to help the tenants that were displaced, while the other half will be used to provide free food to the community when the restaurant re-opens, currently at an unspecified date.
